Nutrition on a Budget: Make healthy, affordable food choices, and learn to prepare meals at home. Many classes include hands on cooking and sampling. This program is offered through the expanded Food and Nutrition Program (EFNEP).
Christianity Explored: Learn who Jesus is, why he came to earth, and what it means to follow him. A very open, straightforward combination of video and class discussion helps answer your questions. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your beliefs.
Jobs for Life: Find work you enjoy. Gain the necessary skills to keep your new position. Best the best employee your boss has ever hired! This 16 week class helps you with your vocational plan, your resume, creating your personal 60 second commercial, plus will teach many skills you need to be a great employee. You will have a mentor to assist you at every step of the way.
Successful Living: Being alive means interacting with others. How you relate to yourself, your family, and your co-workers makes the difference in how successful you are at life. Topics covered include conflict resolution, setting boundaries, and time management. Special guest speakers share their knowledge each week. This class is only offered in the spring and fall quarters, and only to those who have graduated from Financial Freedom and are working with a mentor.
