What should I wear?
– “Dressy Business Casual” is what we encourage attendees to wear.

Which entrance to The Monument is the closest to the banquet hall?
– Park in the parking lot near the Double Tree Hotel and enter The Monument using the doors near the ice arena.

What time should I be there?
– Doors open at 5pm and arriving between 5pm and 5:30pm is ideal.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
– Nope. Just check with our hosts using your name and they will direct you to your table.

What forms of payment do you take for the auctions/donations?
– We accept cash, check, and card for all our auctions, raffles, and donations at the banquet.

How does the dessert auction work?
– The desserts are auctioned off silent auction style. Write your name and table number along with your bid on the bid sheet and if you win, you will get a tag towards the end of the night letting you know you won along with your winning bid amount. To pay for the dessert you won, include the winning bid amount in your response card either with cash or check or fill it out online to pay by credit card. Pro tip: be sure to print your name (first and last) along with your table number cleanly to make sure our volunteers can easily read it on the bid sheet.

What is the Stretch Your Faith Raffle and how does it work?
– The SYF (Stretch Your Faith) Raffle is composed of several prize packages that you can attempt to win by buying raffle tickets and then placing your tickets into whicher raffles you want to try to win. Tickets are sold for $5 apiece or a “stretch” tickets is $50. A “stretch” is the amount of tickets that stretch the wingspan of the ticket seller. So look for the seller who you think has the longest arms and get more bang for your buck. Winners are announced during the program.
