Who We Are

Love In the Name of Christ mobilizes local churches to serve individuals and families in need, building pathways toward spiritual growth, stability, connection, and long‑term transformation.

Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring both part‑time and full‑time roles and are open to shaping positions around the right people. Whether you can commit 10 hours a week or step into a larger leadership role, we’d love to talk.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Energetic and proactive — ready to build, strengthen, and maintain growing ministries
• Relational — enjoy connecting with people, churches, and community partners
• Mission‑driven — passionate about Christ-centered transformation
• Community-minded — invested in seeing Hill City, Sturgis, and surrounding areas flourish
• Flexible — able to adapt as roles and community needs evolve

• Community Coordination (Hill City or Sturgis)
• Life Skills Class Coordination
• Direct Service Coordination
• Volunteer engagement and church partnership building
• Regional leadership and support
