Boundaries Class

This presentation is based on the book “Boundaries,” by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend. Learn when to say, “Yes” and how to say, “NO” to take control of your life. This teaching is an overview on how and why it’s important to set boundaries in multiple areas in your life.

This is a free class and open to anyone from the community who wants to learn about setting boundaries in their life. A free lunch is provided for everyone attending. Please RSVP so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone.

This class will take place on July 9, from 12pm-1:30pm at the Love INC Rapid City offices (414 E. Omaha St.)
