As a small-church, rural, or bi-vocational pastor, you wear just about every hat imaginable—from preacher to counselor to unpaid tech support. In a small church, the pastor often does all the heavy lifting when it comes to technology and administrative tasks. Managing those church details and keeping your congregation connected shouldn’t require a degree in software engineering or a massive tech budget.

That’s why Love INC is hosting a relaxed, practical workshop designed to help you buy back your time using simple, budget-friendly media and technology. This is a free event open all area churches to attend.

Who Is This For?

Pastors AND Your Tech/Communications Volunteers!

• If you do it all yourself: This workshop is absolutely for you. We want to give you tools to lighten your load.
• If you have a team: You don’t have to come alone! We would love for you to bring the volunteers or staff members who will actually be using these tools week-to-week (like your volunteer communications coordinator, secretary, or a tech-savvy helper) .
• Can’t make it yourself? You are more than welcome to send your volunteers in your place so your church doesn’t miss out!

Workshop Schedule:

• First Hour (Presentation Style): We will give a fast-paced, jargon-free overview of various easy-to-use tools.
• Final 30 Minutes (Connect & Q&A): This is intentional time for you and your team to connect directly with the presenters, ask specific questions, and dive deeper into the tools you care about most.

What We Will Explore:

• Church Management Made Simple: Streamlining your attendance, giving, and directories without the headache.
• Effortless Communication: Reaching your whole congregation instantly via text and email updates.
• Stress-Free Social Media: How to share what’s happening at your church and schedule posts. We will also explore different content creation tools to use.

Note: We are strictly focusing on administrative, communication, and media tools to help run your church week-to-week. We will NOT be covering worship tech, soundboards, or music software!

Post-Event Hangout!

Once the workshop wraps up, the conversation doesn’t have to end. Anyone who wants to keep chatting or just hang out is invited to join us down the road at Armadillos for some local ice cream!
